Local Training on Financial Management of the Project
A local training on financial management of the GOVERN project was held in Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts (YSAFA) on October 24, 2014. Representatives from all partner institutions were present at the meeting where GOVERN management team introduced Tempus budget headings (Staff costs, Travel costs, Equipment, Printing and Publishing, Other costs) and the terms of co-financing.
Delegates of partner institutions were also introduced to the four main obligatory documents (Official letter from each partner institution on daily salaries, Staff convention form, Timesheet, Payslips) that should be either filled in or just kept for reference for the audit process. Samples of Staff convention forms, Timesheets and Individual mobility reports with proper instructions on how to fill them in were shown to the individuals present at the meeting.
